Dissolution Tester is a specialized pharmaceutical testing instrument used to detect the dissolution rate of solid preparations (such as tablets, capsules, etc.). It can simulate the gastrointestinal digestion process of the human body, and when combined with an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, it can detect the dissolution rate of pharmaceutical preparations.
This is an in vitro testing method for controlling the quality of pharmaceutical preparations, and it has been widely used in drug research, production, and testing. The improved dissolution tester adopts an imported motor, ensuring accurate rotation speed and stable operation. The instrument consists of components including a cabinet, control system, water bath system, transmission system, and built-in sensors. The precision control system composed of a single-chip microcomputer centrally controls all components; the instrument features high automation, precise control, small error, low noise, and convenient operation. The cabinet of the dissolution tester is composed of a machine head, electrical box, front control panel, water bath box, and other parts.
